Sports have always been the central part of my life since I was a child. I knew I wanted to study & engage in a career where it remained a part of me. Choosing a career in athletic performance was a no brainer. I believe treating injuries, rehabilitation, and strength training are an art. You must commit to the process in order to achieve the desired result. I experienced this art first hand as a collegiate soccer player while playing goalkeeper. In that experience I knew I could help others in the same situation.
I moved to DFW in 2009 and took an Athletic Trainer position at Martin High School as well as serving as an athletic trainer with TMI having the opportunity to work with Dr. Meister and the Texas Rangers.
I knew I wanted to make Momentum my home when I walked in the door. From the collaborative culture these leaders create is so much different than the normal competitive atmosphere in most training facilities. Their unique 5 step principle based process was such a breath of fresh air in such a misinformed industry.
I look forward to pursuing my dreams of being part of a team that harmonizes in their beliefs and seeks to spark the flame inside of each and every individual that comes through our doors.
