We offer private, semi-private, group training, and boot camps, along with boot camp and sports massage. Momentum Fitness is your one-stop shop when it comes to becoming a healthier version of yourself.
We will match you with the right trainer for your needs, and help you to create a schedule that works for you. Choose one weekly session as an anchor workout to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and attack your fitness goals with a no-excuses coach dedicated to help you be your best.
Whether you are looking for strength training, flexibility, cardio conditioning, Pilates, yoga or a combination, our coaches, trainers, and instructors will show you how to banish “boring” from your workout vocabulary.
We share a passion for the process while witnessing daily how yoga changes lives. Our talented instructors work with everyone from seasoned yogis to first-timers to improve strength, poise, balance, flexibility and endurance. At the same time, the Tru Culler team also considers yoga far more than a physical pursuit. Yoga’s spiritual and emotional benefits include everything from cultivating concentration and fostering a sense of inner-calm to enhancing mental clarity and boosting mood. We are committed to creating a unique and supportive environment for our growing community!
Small-Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-5 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members.
